About us
Funded by the Quality Enhancement Support Scheme (QESS) of the Education Bureau, we, Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECE), are here to promote an AR mobile game for the non-Chinese speaking (NCS) post-secondary students to learn Chinese.
Objectives
To increase the exposure of Hong Kong’s tertiary NCS groups to the Chinese language
To supplement traditional classroom learning, to make language learning more interactive and motivational
Background
Despite living in a renowned international city, ethnic minorities in Hong Kong have been facing barriers that hinder their integration into the community. The language barrier is one of the biggest challenges while they are struggling to live their own lives in this Chinese-speaking society. Learn more
